Retro is back, while the sub-cultures seep into haute couture


  The new collection of Phillip Lim accelerated advance

When New York-based designer Phillip Lim in Tokyo last week, he pointed out the major players in the fashion, but raised eyebrows at the same time. What was the occasion?
