Fashioned fate, organized by the local church Grace House, the funds for the charity Destiny Rescue, based in Australia, the rescue and care of children who have been in the trade in human slaves are trafficked increase offers.
Organiser Jodie Holdcroft said while the event Saturday evening was a fun-filled with a light meal, entertainment, prizes, gifts, a silent auction and fashion show, it would be a serious problem.
Mrs Holdcroft said funds from this year's event to help to help purchase items, setting up a home for rescued children in Cambodia.
"These children are placed in brothels at an early age," she said. "Sometimes it is because the parents can not pay their bills is to help other parents are involved in the drug sale to a child to pay for their addiction."
